Substance Use Evaluation
$200 A Substance Use Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment that includes demographic information and inquiry into the scope and duration of substance use for alcohol and other psychoactive drugs. Additionally, the interview screens for depression, anxiety, and PTSD in addition to indications of recent stressors that might be significant for treatment recommendations. It is used to determine whether or not an individual meets the specific criteria for the condition in question. It is a simple process. A diagnostic interview is performed with a series of structured questions. The licensed counselor will interpret the findings and complete a written diagnostic assessment. A follow up meeting will be scheduled to share the results and if needed, encourage following through on referral recommendations. Teen Substance Use Education
$160 - 4 hours Substance-use education is designed to develop awareness of the effects and dangers of drugs; the role of social pressures, media influences, peer pressures, and other factors that trigger substance-use; identify how substance-use affects relationships with family, friends, school and others; learn decision making and healthy problem solving strategies; identify support systems and develop personal responsibility for abstinence. |
Individual Therapy Session

This is a one-on-one session in which we collaboratively explore beliefs, feelings, or behaviors, work through challenging experiences, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand, set personal goals and work toward desired change.

Family Therapy Session
$100/hour
This is a process in which a family explores how their individual beliefs, thoughts and behaviors may be positively or negatively impacting their relationships within the family and identifying specific aspects of their relationship they would like to change.

Payment & Insurance
I accept payment at the time of service in the form of cash or check. Please bring payment to your session.
I do not take insurance due to increase in confidentiality when not utilizing insurance. I will provide you with a receipt for the counseling service at your appointment that may be used to submit for reimbursements if you choose. Please note that I do not complete any insurance paperwork. When going through insurance companies, often times they and employers have access to your confidential information and treatment records. There also has to be a diagnosis given even if you do not have one. The diagnosis may even follow you and effect your future insurance coverage. I would encourage any person seeking therapy to consider the confidentiality limits and the long term outcomes of going through your insurance company.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges for missed appointments. If you do not show for an appointment and have not contacted me you will be responsible for the fee for the missed appointment. Exceptions will be made for emergencies. If you need to contact me between sessions please call and leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible.
